This is an easy one. If you shop Amazon, just add ACMS as the charity you support, go to smiles.amazon.com instead of www.amazon.com. Select “Athey Creek Ms PTSA” as the charity of choice. Amazon then donates 0.5% of all purchases by you and other folks who’ve selected ACMS as their charity to the school. Holiday season is coming, lots of people buy lots of stuff from Amazon. We request that if you have no charity currently selected or think that ACMS is worth donating to that you get this going ASAP. It doesn’t cost you anything. It costs Amazon. Stick it to Bezos.
I mean if you do the math, if a 100 folks buy $1000 worth of stuff from Amazon by the end of the year, which if my significant other is any indication should be NO problem, that’s $500 to the school, that’s a lot of donuts.
